Game progress and preferences

WordMaze stores game progress, puzzle state, recent puzzle and theme history, and preferences such as sound and haptics locally on your device. This information supports saving and resuming your game and remembering your choices. The app does not require an account, and its game-save system does not upload this information to an Arbius Interactive server.

Your device’s backup settings may include app data in backups managed by Apple. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading the app may preserve it. Copies in device backups are controlled through your Apple backup settings.

Advertising and Google services

WordMaze uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display banner and interstitial advertisements and Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage applicable privacy choices.

Google and its advertising partners may collect or receive information such as your IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, device or app identifiers, advertisements viewed, ad interactions, and crash and performance information. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, support advertising analytics, diagnose problems, and prevent fraud and abuse. Personalized advertising depends on applicable permissions, consent choices, and service settings.

Advertising technologies may use device identifiers and local storage to remember choices and support these functions. Your puzzle save data is not sent to Google by WordMaze’s game-save system.

Your advertising choices

WordMaze requests updated consent information and displays a Google privacy message when required. When Google requires an ongoing privacy options entry point, a Privacy Choices button appears in WordMaze’s Settings. Use that button to review or change the choices available to you.

You can also review privacy and tracking permissions in your device’s Settings and manage applicable Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center. The options available depend on your location, device, and Google settings. Choosing against personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing or all ads.

When you contact support

If you email arbiusinteractive@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your request, investigate problems, and maintain support correspondence. Email is handled through Gmail and the email providers involved in delivering your message.

Please send only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

Sharing and retention

Advertising information is processed by Google and its partners as described above. Support correspondence is processed through our email service. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect rights and security.

Local game information remains on your device until it is replaced or removed, subject to your backup settings. We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to address requests, maintain relevant support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Google’s retention practices are described in its privacy policy.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restrictions on certain uses of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Contact us at arbiusinteractive@gmail.com with the subject “WordMaze Privacy Request.” We will respond as required by applicable law and may need information to verify your request.

We cannot directly access game information stored only on your device. For information held by Google, consult Google’s privacy policy and privacy controls. Use WordMaze’s Privacy Choices option when available to review advertising consent.

Children’s privacy

WordMaze does not ask players to provide a name, email address, or date of birth to play. Third-party advertising data processing is described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support correspondence, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Security and international processing

No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Information handled by Google and email providers may be processed in countries other than your own, as described in their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as WordMaze or its services change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
